Congrats to Pete Marketos, Tyler Bexley, and the entire trial team from Reese Marketos, LLP on their jury verdict in the Texas Business Court in Dallas on behalf of AT&T. This was a $50M breach of contract case against AT&T. In the end, the jury said AT&T did not breach and went further to order the Plaintiffs to pay AT&T $8M for its counterclaims. The fine professionals at RM were well-prepared and focused, making it easy for the jury to get this one right.
