Congrats to John Serpe, Chris Knudsen, Adam Taylor, and the entire trial team from Serpe Andrews on their defense jury verdict in Houston in a wrongful death case against Webber, LLC, a construction company in Houston. This case had a massive amount sympathy, and issue with speed and driver distraction by our driver, yet the jury put 100% fault on the Plaintiff.
