9.17.26 Congrats to Syed Fareed, Doug Carsten, and the entire trial team from McDermott, Will & Schulte, LLP as well as Deron Dacus, Andrea Fair, and Kevin Meek on their $27M jury verdict in EDTX Marshall on behalf of Stratasys. This was an IP dispute over 3-D printer technology between key market players. Interestingly, it was Judge Gilstrap’s first all-female jury, but I don’t think we can generalize just yet that females are always pro-Plaintiff jurors and it may have been the first time that Deron and Andrea, who are highly-esteemed local lawyers, were on the same side. Kudos to the Judge, Court staff, and jurors for maintaining the wheels of justice. On behalf of the Bloom team, it was a privilege and pleasure to play a role in this success story.
