July 12, 2019 Congrats to Russ Emerson, Stephanie Sivinski, Charlie Jones, and the entire trial team from Haynes & Boone, LLP on their jury verdict in EDTX-Marshall. These fine professionals were defending a complicated breach of contract and patent infringement case with millions at stake, and involving a S. Korean defendant. But their preparation and trial strategy made it easy for the jury to get it right, with their client coming out ahead in the end.
