Littler Mendelsohn

September 13, 2021 Congrats to Peter Prynkiewicz, Shawn Oller, and the entire team from Littler Mendelson, PC as well as Southwest Airlines on their defense verdict in an employment trial in Phoenix, AZ. This case involved claims of gender discrimination and retaliation by a female former employee. Interestingly, this unanimous verdict came from a jury comprised of 6 females and 1 male, demonstrating that demographics such as gender are not entirely predictive in jury selection. It was a privilege to play a role in this success story. And, as always, kudos to the jury for their service.
