May 2, 2022 Congrats to Matt Moore, Max Grant, Charles Sanders, and the entire trial team from Latham & Watkins, LLP, along with Jack Blumenfeld of Morris Nichols, LLP, on their defense verdict in a patent infringement trial in Fed Ct. in Delaware. Not only did the jury find no infringement by our client Irving Consumer Products, they also invalidated the patents asserted by the Plaintiff. The jury got it right because this team was well-prepared and skillful in the courtroom. It was a pleasure and a privilege to play a role in their success.
