Kalyn Lain has been a core part of Bloom Strategic Consulting since 2014, bringing deep expertise in pre-trial research, courtroom communication, litigation strategy, and jury analysis. With a strong foundation in the social sciences, she applies her knowledge of human behavior to help clients shape compelling case narratives and anticipate juror response.
Kalyn’s approach is grounded in psychology and sociology, allowing her to assess how jurors may react to specific fact patterns, themes, and courtroom dynamics. Her work consistently helps trial teams better position their arguments and increase juror engagement.
