July 30, 2018 Congrats to John Hanson and Mackenzie Foellmer from Worthe, Hanson & Worthe, PC on their defense verdict in a negligence case involving a deadly airplane crash in LA. The incident was truly an unfortunate tragedy, making this a tough trial due to the latent sympathy dynamic in a plaintiff-friendly venue. Yet these skilled professionals focused the jury and helped them to properly analyze the facts (as opposed to react to) when considering who was at fault.
