August 30, 2018 Another congrats to Michael McCabe and Sarah Lapano from Munck Wilson Mandala, LLP as well as Jeff Bast, Peter Klock, and Zak Lauz from Bast Amron, LLP on their jury verdict in Dallas, TX on behalf of Valtech. This team has now won 2 jury trials in 3 months for this client. This time they defended a fraud claim. It was a pleasure and privilege for us at Bloom to play a role in this success story.

July 30, 2018 Congrats to John Hanson and Mackenzie Foellmer from Worthe, Hanson & Worthe, PC on their defense verdict in a negligence case involving a deadly airplane crash in LA. The incident was truly an unfortunate tragedy, making this a tough trial due to the latent sympathy dynamic in a plaintiff-friendly venue. Yet these skilled professionals focused the jury and helped them to properly analyze the facts (as opposed to react to) when considering who was at fault. It was both a privilege and a pleasure to play a role in their success story.
