April 7, 2014 Congrats to Russ Hayman, Sara Columbia, Jon Dean and all the professionals from McDermott, Will, & Emery for their defense verdict for Blackberry in Orlando, FL. The jury found that the 3 asserted patents were not infringed by Blackberry and that they were invalid. We feel privileged to have a played a role in this huge success story.
