April 16, 2021 Big congrats to Michael McCabe, Mike Wilson, Jordan Strauss, and the entire team from Munck Wilson & Mandala, LLP on their $85M jury verdict for AMS Sensors/TAOS in EDTX-Sherman. These fine professionals kept the jury focused during a very contentious theft of trade secrets and breach of contract trial that lasted almost 2 weeks. Kudos to the jury, this one being very educated, for their service, as well as the judicial officers and court staff for keeping the courtroom doors open. It was a privilege and a pleasure for my team and I to play a role in this success story.
