Jun 22 Love1 June 14, 2022 Congrats to Max Grant, Clement Naples, Larry Gotts, Brian Sanford, Greg Sobolski, and the entire trial team from Latham & Watkins, LLP on their $10M jury verdict on behalf of Philip Morris in Alexandria, VA. This was a patent infringement trial between competitors involving some of the technology in e-cigarettes. Max is one of the best in the courtroom, having confidence, poise, and presence like few others can. And the Latham team was well-prepared and cohesive. It was a pleasure to work with these fine professionals and play a role in their success story.
