The case was skillfully tried by Kent Baldauf, Jr. and James Boscoe of The Webb Law Firm along with John Barr, Jr. and Alan Albright of Bracewell & Giuliani. The Eastern District of Texas jury found the defendants did not infringe the 3 e-commerce patents at issue and also invalidated one of the patents.
