July 26, 2023 Congrats to Cecily Kaffer, Setara Ozan, Ben Kahn, and the entire trial team from The Kullman Firm on their defense jury verdict in Federal Ct in Houston for Schlumberger. This was a gender discrimination and retaliation matter with a lot of moving parts. Yet, these professionals helped the jury focus on the key issues and get it right. It was a pleasure and a privilege for the Bloom team to play a role in this success story. Also, big kudos to Emily McDonald, PhD for helping pick another great jury.
