Congratulations to Newegg.com and Overstock.com for their total defense verdict in the Alcatel-Lucent v. Newegg.com and Overstock.com jury trial in Tyler, TX. The case was skillfully tried by Kent Baldauf, Jr. and James Boscoe of The Webb Law Firm along with John Barr, Jr. and Alan Albright of Bracewell & Giuliani. The Eastern District of Texas jury found the defendants did not infringe the 3 e-commerce patents at issue and also invalidated one of the patents.
